Administration & Customer Experience Assistant

Casual Position (with potential to grow to Part-Time)
Start Date: Mid-January 2026

We are looking for a warm, organised and reliable Administration & Customer Experience Assistant to join our front desk team at Evolve Performing Arts Company. This role blends reception, customer service and studio administration, helping support our families and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.

Who We’re Looking For

Someone who is:

Friendly, professional and confident with parents and children
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Comfortable in a busy, fast-paced environment
Able to multitask and follow systems
Reliable, punctual and aligned with EPAC’s values
Eager to learn new processes and studio systems

Role Responsibilities

Provide warm, efficient customer service at reception during class times
Process uniform sales (Wix + in person)
Keep reception and studio spaces tidy, stocked and welcoming
Assist with general admin tasks, enquiries and emails
Post simple updates on BAND
Help with trial bookings, follow-ups and event admin

SENIOR DANCE INSTRUCTOR

We are seeking experienced and versatile dance educators to join our teaching team at Evolve Performing Arts Company. This is an ongoing expression of interest for a Senior Dance Instructor who can confidently teach a range of styles and work with students of all ages.

Who We’re Looking For

A strong all-rounder who is:

Skilled across multiple styles (jazz, lyrical, contemporary, tap, hip hop, ballet foundations, etc.)
Confident teaching both younger students and advanced dancers
Passionate, reliable and aligned with EPAC’s values
Professional in communication and class delivery
Excited to contribute to choreography and studio events

Role Responsibilities

Teach high-quality, engaging classes across various levels
Build positive relationships with students and families
Create choreography for concerts and performances
Maintain a positive, inclusive and professional classroom environment
Work collaboratively with our teaching team
